Purchase and Use Terms

A one-time purchase, a defined device count, and accessible support.

Updated: 2026-10-27 · Version 2026-10-27

Provider and scope

VibeBoard by Lede is provided by YanBo Zhou, an independent developer. Contact address: Contact via [email protected]. For support: [email protected]. These terms cover the website, trial, one-time software purchases, and related licensing services.

Purchases use Waffo hosted checkout. Waffo is our merchant of record and processes payment and billing information; VibeBoard does not collect card numbers or security codes. Review the seller and billing details, available payment methods, taxes, and payment terms shown at checkout before paying.

What a one-time purchase includes

A one-time payment licenses VibeBoard on your selected number of Macs. Current options cover 1, 2, or 3 devices; each seat corresponds to one activated Mac. A purchase does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Updates are included while this product continues to be offered and supported. Continued use does not promise permanent development, online services that never end, perpetual third-party API availability, or other products sold separately in the future. Your purchased entitlements follow your order and the terms at purchase.

Third-party agents, model subscriptions, APIs, operating systems, and hardware are not included. Optional model calls may incur separate charges from your configured provider.

Pricing, orders, and delivery

Prices, currency, and seat counts are displayed before checkout. The payment page and your payment provider determine the final amount, possible taxes, and exchange rates. Unpaid orders do not receive paid licenses.

Use an email address where you can receive messages. After payment and server verification, the license is available on the result page and in the customer portal. Transactional emails help retain proof of purchase. Returning to the website alone does not confirm payment.

Network or payment-channel delays may delay confirmation. Keep your order details and use purchase recovery to check. Do not immediately pay again while the result is unknown. Contact Support about duplicate payments, missing delivery, or order errors.

Free trial

Each Mac is eligible for one continuous 3-day trial. Starting it requires internet access; server-recorded start and end times apply. No card is required and the trial does not automatically become paid.

When the trial ends, license-controlled live monitoring and smart assistance stop. You can activate a purchased license, export local data, read terms, and remove integrations. Reinstallation does not restart a trial already recorded by the server.

Activation, transfers, and offline use

Initial activation requires internet access. Paid devices receive signed offline credentials valid for up to 30 days, refreshed when online. The license purchase is not a 30-day subscription; 30 days is the offline validation period.

To change computers, confirm Deactivate on the old Mac, then activate the new Mac. If the old Mac cannot be deactivated, contact support for a manual seat reset. Device names help identify records. Server records determine seat allocation.

Refunded, suspended due to a dispute, or revoked licenses do not receive new credentials. Offline devices stop licensed use no later than credential expiry. Releasing a device does not immediately erase its existing offline credentials. Extended offline use, an incorrect system clock, or failed validation may require reconnection.

Device and feature boundaries

See the download page for minimum system requirements and published build architectures. Try the app first and check whether your specific tools support logs, hooks, cache data, or quota readings in the integration matrix.

Status and quota information depends on what supported tools expose. It may be delayed, incomplete, or changed by third-party updates. “Replied” only means the source reported the end of a turn; you must review the result. VibeBoard is independent of those providers and cannot guarantee their endpoints remain available.

Your responsibilities and restrictions

Use the app only on devices, projects, and accounts you may access. Protect your license and purchase email. Do not publicly share or resell licenses, bypass seat or trial limits, disrupt licensing services, or infringe others’ rights.

The software is licensed on a limited, nonexclusive basis. See the Software License for scope. Rights expressly permitted by applicable law, including interoperability and research rights, are not excluded.

Refunds, support, and disputes

You may request a voluntary refund through your purchase email within 14 days of payment. The Refund Policy describes required information, channels, and handling. Other remedies under applicable law are not limited to this period.

A license is revoked after a full refund is confirmed by the payment channel. Partial refunds, device count changes, and disputes require review; a browser status alone does not establish a completed refund.

Contact Support for launch failures, duplicate charges, missing licenses, or compatibility issues. You retain the right to seek remedies through payment providers, consumer agencies, or competent authorities.

Service changes and liability

We will reasonably maintain the product, licensing services, and available downloads, fixing issues and adjusting integrations as needed. If support is scheduled to end, we will explain timing and available download and licensing arrangements. General website copy is not a promise of perpetual operation.

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as currently available. Back up important projects and check agent results yourself. Liability limits do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability for personal injury or fraud, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terms versions and mandatory rights

Your order records the terms version you accepted. Material changes do not automatically alter purchased seat counts, the one-time payment model, or statutory rights retroactively.

For disputes or questions about these terms, contact YanBo Zhou at [email protected]. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply.
