Software License

License grant

Subject to the purchase terms and a valid trial or paid entitlement, YanBo Zhou grants you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the software. Paid use is limited to the purchased number of Macs; it is not charged again per project or task.

This license does not transfer software intellectual property. You retain rights to your projects, code, tasks, and other content. It does not grant us rights to train models on or publish your task content.

Devices and users

Confirm that the seat count covers your devices before buying. Each activation binds one device; repeat activation of the same device should not consume another seat. Release and transfer devices under the purchase terms.

This release does not provide an organization member directory, enterprise SSO, or automatic seat allocation. Teams should contact Support about licensing rather than treating a personal license as unlimited member access.

Permissions and restrictions

• You may install and run the software within valid seats for personal or lawful commercial work and keep necessary installation backups for yourself.
• Without permission, you may not sell or sublicense copies, publish license keys, modify and impersonate official signed releases, or attack payment or licensing systems.
• Do not bypass device limits, forge signed credentials, manipulate the clock for repeated trials, or intentionally disrupt other purchasers’ service.
• Reverse engineering, interoperability, security research, and consumer rights that law permits and contracts cannot exclude remain available.

Third-party tools and open source

VibeBoard is independent of the agents, models, and platforms mentioned. Compatibility references do not imply official partnership or endorsement. Names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Open-source components retain their own licenses, with third-party notices included in the package. Yams and the optional Zstandard codec are not subject to restrictions here that conflict with their open-source licenses.

Validation, termination, and data

The app validates trial and paid entitlements using server-signed credentials. See the purchase terms for offline periods. Normal use does not require sending code or conversations to the licensing service.

Trial expiry, a full refund, or verified serious violations may end the relevant use rights. You may request review through your purchase email if you believe there is an error.

Termination does not authorize deletion of your source projects or source tool settings. You can still export VibeBoard’s local data and uninstall integrations.

Updates and order of precedence

Read this license with your order, the purchase terms in effect when you bought, and the Refund Policy. Mandatory law and applicable open-source licenses take precedence. Changes to payment methods or reductions in purchased device counts require separate clear notice and lawful handling.
